When you purchase one of our packs, you are allowed to use our sounds in your music productions. You are not allowed to resell, relicense, or redistribute the sounds, either as they exist or in modified form. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload, download from any server, or transfer the enclosed sounds to another user, or use them in any competitive product. Training artificial intelligence systems using Ghost Syndicate Audio content is prohibited.

You can request a new download link by contacting info@ghostsyndicate.audio using the email address you used for the original purchase.

On Mac, locate the ZIP file and double-click it. A new folder will be created with all unzipped files ready for use. If you are trying to open a RAR file, we recommend using The Unarchiver. On Windows, locate the file, right-click it, and click “Extract All”. For RAR files, try opening them with WinRAR.

Please ensure you have the latest version of your DAW and VSTs before purchasing any DAW templates, preset packs, or related products.

Due to the nature of Ghost Syndicate Audio products as non-tangible digital goods, it is not possible to return a product. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
